Special Note: Canada Post is currently experiencing a significant increase in parcel volumes due to COVID-19.
Please expect possible delays and parcel holds at the border.
Please be aware of any issues occurring in your country’s postal system that may cause delays. COVID-19 has greatly impacted delivery periods all over the world including cancellations of many international flights, country-specific restrictions, overseas transit time delays, etc. which can result in not receiving parcels for up to a few months. I appreciate your patience in receiving your parcel/s, I promise it’ll be worth the wait!
Shipping Processing Time:
All orders are processed in my Crown + Palette shop and shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days, and I do not ship on weekends or holidays. At times, there may be a high volume of orders, and if there is a significant delay in shipping out your order, I will contact you via email. I am a one woman show, so please allow additional time for transit in the event that an influx of orders come in.
Custom Fees and International Shipping:
It is important to be aware of the customs regulations and rules that are specific to your country if you're ordering goods from outside Canada, as most countries do charge duties, VAT, GST or other fees on items purchased online outside of your country that vary from country to country. It is recommended to be well informed of this information prior to purchasing from my shop, please visit your government's website and search for their customs information.
Shipping Rates, Confirmation & Delivery Estimates:
Crown & Palette currently uses Canada Post as its shipping carrier, and all postage and packing costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on item size, weight and destination. When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the details of your tracking number(s) in which it will contain an estimated delivery date located on Canada Post's website. Please keep in mind that time frames are not always guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. Typically, Canada post estimates around 2-14 days for a parcel to be delivered within Canada.
Damages and Returns:
If your artwork happens to become damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours with photo/video proof of the damages at firstname.lastname@example.org - We will either refund the cost of your order or offer a discount to the shop in the event you decide to keep the artwork. I will ask that you send the damaged artwork back to me if you decide to not keep it, and I will cover the shipping costs, ONLY if I was contacted beforehand.
If a refund is being issued to you, a credit will be applied to your credit card/original method of payment automatically and can take up to 5-7 business days.
Please ensure that all shipping information you provide is accurate as I am not responsible for the replacement or re-postage of orders sent to an address that is incorrect.
